Kathryn has a background in engineering and more than 20 years’ experience in energy, waste management and sustainability consultancy, including a senior leadership role at a global plc.
Kathryn has lived in the South Wales valleys all her life, and is looking to bring her skills and experience to the community fund area of benefit, particularly in relation to the environment and sustainability. Kathryn is also passionate about the arts and their role in the regeneration of communities, and is a Trustee of Awen Cultural Trust. Kathryn enjoys the outdoors with her husband, young daughter and the family dogs. She is a keen runner and a Director of Maesteg parkrun.
